Shipping & Pickup Information
In-Store Pickup Only
At this time, Fiesta Carnival fulfills all online orders through in-store pickup only at our Anaheim location. We do not currently offer shipping or home delivery.
How It Works
1. Place your order online and complete checkout
2. You'll receive an order confirmation email immediately
3. We'll send a second email when your order is ready for pickup
4. Bring your confirmation email (printed or on your phone) and a valid ID when you come in
5. Orders not picked up within 14 days of the ready notification may be subject to cancellation — we'll contact you before cancelling

In-Store Only Items
Some items and services are available in-store only and cannot be ordered online, including:
- Helium balloon inflation services
- Outside balloon filling (bring your own balloons)
- Large or custom bulk orders — please call us at (714) 603-7543 to arrange
